Everything in the universe is made up of energy.
We are all beings of energy, and when our energy vibrates at a low level, we will attract low-level circumstances.
For example, when your confidence is low and you have a poor opinion of yourself, you may seek validation and approval and potentially lack boundaries with others.
However, once you have done work within yourself to grow and begin to think more highly of yourself; your internal energy starts to vibrate at a higher level. This is how we begin to attract positive outcomes in our life.
Your energy is always sending a message to the universe.
Here’s another example. Let’s say you want to create a life filled with abundance, but you think negatively and surround yourself with negative people. Since the energy you surround yourself with is lacking , you too will feel a sense of lacking. Your mind will begin to think of all the things you don’t have rather than focusing on the things you do.
This is because each thought and feeling we have sends an energetic message to the universe. And the universe always responds in kind.
The universe will deliver us people, experiences, and outcomes that match our vibrational frequency. You can write a million times in your journal, “I am abundant,” but if you don’t feel abundant, you won’t attract abundance.
It’s essential to understand that we’re always manifesting, whether we’re conscious of it or not.
Manifesting takes work because it is about reprogramming your mind to think positively about what you want in life. In order to be successful in manifesting, you need to make some clear decisions.
Step 1: Get clear about what you want
Get clear on exactly what you want. Set timelines and goals so that you are focused on what it is that you want to manifest.
Step 2: Turn over your desire
Turn over your desire to the universe. Pray on it and let it go, trusting that what is best for you will come. If what you want is not meant for you, then no matter how much you manifest, you may not get what you want. Trust in the universe.
Step 3: Do everything you can to support your manifestation.
Do everything you can to help your desire. Work towards your goals and most importantly, support the emotions that come with your passion.
Imagine you have what you want right now, and support that feeling of happiness and ease. Think about it, feel it, breathe it, live it.
